Not every customer arrives with a finished drawing. Our design and custom manufacturing services help you get from an idea, sample or old drawing to a part that can be made reliably. Our CAD team prepares 2D drawings, 3D models and flat patterns through CAD drafting and sheet metal development, so bend allowances and hole positions are right before metal is cut.
From there, we make first pieces and pilot lots through prototype and custom product manufacturing, and move proven designs into regular sheet metal fabrication. The same programs and processes are used at each stage, so the parts you approve are the parts you receive in production.
